Welcome to our webpage!! We are glad you are here!

We rebranded to the Brick Street Childcare and Learning Center a little over a year ago. This new name reflects more of who we are as a program. We still offer the same two options as we did when it was MDO/MDO Plus. Brick Street Childcare and Learning Center is a Quality Accredited Arkansas Better Beginnings Program offering part-time and full-time care, with flexible scheduling, beneficial to many families.

We are located at the First United Methodist Church in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. As part of our program, children participate in a balance of social, physical, cognitive, and artistic activities, both structured and unstructured.

Brick Street Childcare and Learning Center serves children ages 12 weeks to pre-K and provides parents with the opportunity to work knowing that their children are well cared for in a creative, nurturing, safe, enriching environment. During Summers only, we also offer care for children Kindergarten through 5th grade with a program called Construction Zone.

Brick Street offers lower than state ratios in all classrooms and staff who are committed to providing children with opportunities to grow and learn. Our mission statement states that we are a program alive by the grace of God, Brick Street Childcare and Learning Center is a community of faith engaging everyone in ministry. We are committed to offering Christ by promoting the spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of each child, thereby enriching lives and changing our world by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our program consists of a day of learning and instruction time, outside time, lunch, and rest time with the option of staying extended day. Chapel is available for children beginning at two and half years old and above once a week, on Wednesdays with one of our church ministry staff.

Brick Street Childcare and Learning Center as well as all FUMC programs welcome children of any race, color, and national or ethnic group. The programs grant them all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to any child at First United Methodist Church. The programs do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national or ethnic group in the administration of its admissions policies and other school-administered programs.
